The GATE 2024 cutoff mark is the minimum mark required to qualify the exam. Moreover, the qualifying marks for the GATE exam vary for each category. This GATE cutoff for 2024, for Mechanical Engineering is 28.6 (GEN), CSE 27.6 (GEN), and Civil 28.3 (GEN). The GATE cutoff for all 30 papers is mentioned below.     Candidates who qualify the GATE exam can participate in the counselling process for M.Tech admission. For admission to the IITs, candidates have to register on the official website of the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and then on the COAP portal. Additionally, candidates need to register on the website of CCMT for admission to NITs, IIEST Shibpur, and some IIITs and CFTIs.
