Just the little indeterminacy comes because no one can certainly tell about the marks vs rank analytics. It changes every year because the level of difficulty and  the aptitude level of students is different from that of the previous years. The cutoff list is on the basis of rank. Still keep your hopes high, as you can make through it.

• rank 122-101 for general
• rank 102-54 for sc
• rank 93-44 for st

As per your marks and category you can definitely get JNTU as the cut off for CE last year was 17.9.

Counselling dates would probably in the month of july.
