As per the norms, B.Arch in NIT, Calicut is based on JEE rank. JEE (Architecture) is considered while the admission. Please refer the link given below

There is no generic cut off for NATA entrance as it varies college and university wise so please be specific which one you are asking for?

Please mention the category you belong to as cutoff varies for different categories. Based on previous year cutoff you should get admission.

You should score atleast 160 marks to be on the safer side. 

I dont think so that you will get a seat by appearing for nata. One needs to give jee paper 2 to get a seat in nit or spa's.
