Yes, with a rank below 20k you can definitely get CSE at LNMIIT. Last year cutoff for CS branch was around between 30-35k.

As your Jee mains examination score is 79+ percentile and you haven't mentioned your category of eligibility. For general category cutoff percentile is 89.75 , for OBC category cutoff is 74.31 percentile, for SC category cutoff is 54.01 percentile and st category cutoff is 44.33 percentile.

For LNMIIT M.Tech admission 2019, you need to clear the entrance which includes objective and short answer type questions. Along with this you'll also have to go for the interview and your selection will be based on your performance in both of them. Once you've cleared the written test and the interview then you will be called for two rounded counselling session.

By looking at rankings and placement statistics, the order to study B.Tech in Computer Science should be: Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi; Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Bhubaneswar (KIIT); Bannari Amman Institute of Technology (BIT), Sathyamangalam and The LNM Institute of Information Technology (LNMIIT), Jaipur respectively.

last year cutoff of LNMIIT was 116 for Computer science and Engineering.

so with this score it will not be possible to get admission in this college.

According to your percentile in jee mains your general rank will be approximately close to 1.5lakh and to get seat in  CSE in LNMIIT jaipur this percentile  is not sufficient to get seat secure, you should have to bring a very good percentile in jee mains to get seat in this college, 85 percentile is very low for this.
