LNMIIT is providing degree in two programs Btech and Btech+Mtech(Dual Degree) on basis of JEE Rank. Now according to your percentile you might have got rank somewhere about 100000 in JEE Mains.Now from previous years cutoff you can analyse that what branch you will get.Please also note that there is no reservation criterion in LNMIIT.

Seeing your score and previous year cuttoff of LNMIT JAIPUR,you seems to have very less chance of getting LNMIT under both HS and OS quota.Your rank should be under 30k under open category.You are elligible for JEE ADVANCE,focus on it.
