See, if you want to get an NIT tag and are comfortable in learning coding or other job-oriented skills later in your life, then I think that you should definitely go with Instrumentation and Control Engineering in NIT Jalandhar, as here you will get more exit options in both core and Non-core as compared to LNMIIT.
But, if you like coding very much and absolutely want to go for a CSE degree, then you should go with CSE in LNMIIT as it will also provide you with a higher package. Hope I have answered you question. All the best!
