BHU does not conduct any separate entrance exam for B.Tech courses. Although IIT-BHU comes under Bananas Hindu University, you have to clear JEE-Mains and JEE-Advanced exams(which are being conducted for admission in IITs and NITs all over India) for being eligible to participate in the counseling process.

Joint Entrance Examination Council Uttar Pradesh [JEECUP] is a State-level Entrance Exam conducted for admission into Diploma, PG Diploma, and Post Diploma courses in the fields of Engineering & Technology, Pharmacy, and Management in the state of uttar pradesh.

For otherstate or homestate for only oc category crl is considered,for other categories like obc,ews,sc,st category ranks are considered for giving the admission into nits.

No, you cannot get admission in any BTech course through jeecup examination.
This is because,
JEECUP i. e Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Exam for Polytechnic is the state level entrance exam in Uttar Pradesh which is conducted to offer admission in diploma courses of :- *Engineering, *Technology *Management
So, you can get admission in diploma in engineering courses but not BTech in engineering courses through jeecup.
