Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination (Polytechnic)
With 60.33 percentile you can expect ranks of around 405824 - 456205 which you know is insufficient for NIT's.
Now if you see the past year trends, then NIT Trichy ranks for Computer Science[as per 2019 data] (as most student aspire CSE, I am considering it since you didn't provided any preferences):
Home State Quota:
Male - 1300
Female: 1435
For other states:
Male - 138
Female - 420
These are the category ranks. Now to get such a SC rank you should have to improve your performance above 85 percentile at least.

I believe you are referring to JEE Main 24 Feb Shift 1. With a score of 80-90/300, being from SC Category you will definitely land a seat in one of the NITs. However, try targetting 100+, for better branches in Top NITs. As far as the percentile is concerned, it maybe anywhere between 90-95, further depending on the toughness/relative difficulty of your shift and the competition this year.

Hey,
BHU does not conduct any separate entrance exam for B.Tech courses. Although IIT-BHU comes under Bananas Hindu University, you have to clear JEE-Mains and JEE-Advanced exams(which are being conducted for admission in IITs and NITs all over India) for being eligible to participate in the counseling process.
Hope this helps.
