how much is cut off for jcece exam every year and how much students are clear this exam

Abhishek Roy 2nd Feb, 2021

Since last two years JCECE Exam for Engineering Aspirants is not being conducted by Jharkhand Academic Council. Instead, a state merit list is prepared on basis of JEE Main Score for Top State Engineering Colleges in Jharkhand State like BIT Sindri, VBU, BACE, Ranchi University and RVCE Jamshedpur (Kolhan University).

However, a JEECE Exam for B.Tech/B.Sc. in Dairy/Agricultural Technology/Agriculture is still conducted by JCECEB Ranchi for Agricultural Courses in Universities like BAU Ranchi.

i am candidate of general category with 898 cml rank in jcece .can i get admission in birsa agriculture university , Ranchi

Abhishek Roy 31st Jan, 2021

I believe with a CML Rank of 898 in JCECE, being from General Category, you have somewhat bleak chances in securing a seat at Birsa Agricultural University Ranchi. However, you must not lose hope and keep an eye on the Counselling Dates and Procedure.

in the counselling procedure can I give multiple branches of one college in jcece btech counseling 2020

ARYAN SAGAR 17th Oct, 2020
Dear student,

In jcece btech counseling, you are allowed to participate via jee mains ranks.
Now the simple answer to your question is - YES.
You can select all the branches of one particular college.
For eg : if you select bit sindri, then you can select all the available branches during choice filling of jcece counseling. If you have a good rank in jee mains then easily you can get bit sindri.
Also you can select multiple branches of bit mesra and other colleges too.

In counseling you are always advised to select as many choices, to increase the chances of getting seat from that particular counselling.

So select all the choices in jcece counselling as per your choice and preference order.

what is passing certificate is it provisional certificate or migration certificate or class 12th marksheet when I was filling the form of jcece state merit list it was asking to fill it the cyber guy said it is not compulsory so leave it and the form was completed without filling it

rehan18alam Student Expert 4th Oct, 2020

Dear aspirant,

PAssing certificate is not same as migration or provisional certificate, board from which you have passed your +2 will give a passing certificate for the same. It comes some time after the marksheet, so you should check with your school whether they have yours or not.

Hope this helps. Thank you.
