Your certificate is not valid for admission in IITs .You need to have certificate in that format which is mentioned on the JEE advances' website.

The cutoffs released for qualifying to JEE advanced for different categories is in form of percentiles instead of ranks, so no matter what rank you secured, if you have not cleared the set cutoff percentiles you are not eligible for JEE advanced. Here are the cutoffs of various
NTA has already announced the cut-offs for JEE Mains. The cut-off depends on the category ro which you belong. If you are general, then the cut-off is 89.7548849 and you are not qualified for JEE Advanced.

As your JEE Mains percentile is 84.2 and belong to EWS Category you are eligible to apply for JEE Advanced. According to cut-offs released by NTA, EWS requires 78.2174869 to be eligible for registering for JEE Advanced.
