Since you have got more percentile, you can apply for it. 

JEE Advanced  application form is available from May 3 to May 9 .

You need not to dream for NITs with such a rank .To get into NITs/IIITs/GFTIs you need CRL less than 50 K .To get top NITs you need a rank within 5k.

According to your question I have faced same problem when I appeared for my JEE mains in aadhar card document. You can upload your obc ncl issued in january because when your document will be updated then it will automatically updated on JEE site. Moreover, if you have
