Getting 100 marks may be enough or may not be enough to even qualify. IIT Roorke has set 35% as qualify percentage. So you need to get more marks than 35%. Jee advanced's maximum marks is not decided. It will be revelead only on the day of exam.

Since the cutoff for each category for JEE Advanced varies year by year. It depends on the toughness level of paper and the number of candidates participated in each year.

The qualifying marks for JEE Advanced 2019 is not yet released. It is released every year according to a variety of factors which include:
Total number of candidates who has applied, will appear and will qualify JEE Main 2019, the difficulty level of the exam and previous year cutoff trends.

JEE is quite tough entrance examination that's why it requires the strategy of preparation. It is best to prepare by self study but you have to started in class 11th standard because it needs time to develop concept… ok first of all analyse the JEE
Firstly see if there is any information regarding form correction is given on the official site otherwise you should ask some higher authority for help from the helpline nos. regarding this and Second thing is ,if they had not send you any notice regarding wrong documents this means your candidature

With this much score in jee mains from OBC category you cannot get a good government college. I will suggest you to go for gftis like Mizoram University or Assam University if you belong to the home state quota of these universities. You should look for private colleges
