sorry to say but you will not get any college (iit) based on your rank and considering last year trends

It is also difficult for you to get preparatory course in iit as there are very less seats for preparatory course in iit.

yes definitely you are eligible for jee advance,

you have fair chances to get nits, cftis.. so work hard always . and keep yourself motivated.

and sincerely prepare for jee advance exam. as jee advance is 70% tougher than jee mains.
