There are many colleges other than IITs which accept jee advanced scores.
They are IISc,Iiser,Rajiv Gandhi institute of petroleum technology,Iipe, Iist,etc.
IISER have many branches all over India and they have certain cutoffs every year.
All these colleges accept the jee advanced score for admission purposes.

I am so sorry to say that for admissions to NITs/ IIITs/ GFTIs, Candidates need to have secured a minimum 75% marks in class XII conducted by the respective board. For SC/ ST candidates, the eligibility criteria are to secure 65% marks in class XII or equivalent exam.

Congratulations for qualifying Paper 2 of JEE Advance. Its not easy. But to be able to give JEE AAT, one has to clear both, Paper 1 and Paper 2 of JEE Advanced.
You can rather try applying in different colleges/university which accept the results of JEE Advanced paper

Simple. I've achieved a rank under 10k but still prefered NIT over the IIT's available at this rank.
Infact you can safely assume that around 15k students 20k would opt for NIT over IIT.
