Considering your PwD category, yes you have definitely qualified for JEE advanced.
Now after comparing with previous year tally and comparing the overall ranks, you might get CSE in the lower or the newer IIT's.
So my suggestion would be to wait for the results and if you are rank

In this case you will have a special type of the allotment of marks called as the partial marking.
By this special allotment of the marks you'll get marks less the the normal allotment. But for sure you'll get some marks. Please do comment for more doubts.

Well your rank not only depends on the marks you are getting but also on the difficulty level of the paper.Since the paper was moderately tough this time,you can expect a rank in top 8000 on such a score. However the rank can be even better but not worse than
