Now after comparing with previous year tally and comparing the overall ranks, you might get CSE in the lower or the newer IIT's.

In this case you will have a special type of the allotment of marks called as the partial marking.
By this special allotment of the marks you'll get marks less the the normal allotment. But for sure you'll get some marks. Please do comment for more doubts.

Well your rank not only depends on the marks you are getting but also on the difficulty level of the paper.Since the paper was moderately tough this time,you can expect a rank in top 8000 on such a score. However the rank can be even better but not worse than

You should be more specific about what you want or what your question is. As far as I can understand you are looking for a category wise cutoff for JEE ADVANCED
It depends on the difficulty level of the paper entirely so it cannot be predicted as
your rank in general category would be above 2 lakhs and in OBC category it would be above 1 lakhs. we would suggest you to start working again if you want to enter in IIt
