No, you cannot appaer for jee advanced since you have appeared in 2018 and 2019. One can only appear in class 12 appearing phase and next year. For example if you gave your boards in 2018 then you are eligible for 2018 and 2019 jee advanced.  Even you did

Hi,

For JEE Advanced eligibility, you need to score 75% marks in your 10+2 level if your are from general category and 60% marks if you belong to SC/ST/PwD category. You also need to be born on or after 1st October 1993 while SC/ST candidates are given 5 years relaxation.

    According to the information provided by you that you passed 12th in 2018 and dropped 1 year and gave jee first attempt in 2019.

    Yes you can give jee in 2020 but can only give the jee mains exam. Even if you qualify for advanced you cannot give advanced
