No you can't it can be given two consecutive times a year and you can give it just after 12+1 and not after that whether you have attempted last year or not. I would suggest you to go for another exams or mains only but for advanced you are not

The cut offs vary every year depending on the difficulty level of the questions.

Technically you are allowed 3 consecutive attempts at JEE Mains and 2 consecutive attempts at JEE Advanced. If you have taken first attempt at JEE Mains this year then you can give JEE Mains in 2021 and if you didn't take JEE Advanced this year you should have

This is only possible if you haven't given JEE Mains not more than twice and since this is not very likely that you can give the exam more than three times in two years you are eligible to write your Jee
