if in the year 2020 i have cracked jee main but unable to crack jee advance so in the coming year ie 2021 i have to give jee main again or directly jee advance

No , one cannot directly appear in jee advance, even if one had qualified jee mains in the past year . So even if you clear jee mains in the year 2020 , you cannot directly appear in jee advance, you will have to again clear

Dear Aspirant,

Yes you can give jee advanced through your improvement marksheet. That is why most of the students opt for improvement, to improve their 12th marks to qualify for the top 20 Percentile.

However you have to give improvement in all the subjects.

hello,
if you have passed 10+2 exam on 2019 then you are eligible to give jee advance in 2020.
it does not matter whether you attempt jee advance in 2019 or not. as you passed 10+2 in 2019 , it is counted as one attempt.

Yes you can give it in coming two years for sure. NTA has provided 3 attempts for every individual. NTA conducts JEE mains exam two times a year. One is during January and other is during April. After completion of mains it conducts advance.

there is no pass marks mentioned in latest notification. after the exam has over, cut off score will be declared by iits for admission process. however according to previous years getting 70% marks in jee main paper 2 has fair chances to admission in iits.
