Hope you are doing well. Well as per your question your percentile would be around 89 for 70marks in jee mains as it is a good score and as per jee predictable percentile it would be in the range of 88 and 89 as per your jee marks.

I passed 12th in 2019, but failed to clear the cut off of JEE Mains that year. In 2020, I gave my boards again, secured (75%+) ,but failed to qualify for JEE Mains once again. If I appear for JEE Mains again in 2021, will I be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced?

Hello student as you've passed your class 12 in 2020,yes you're eligible to appear in Jee advance 2021. Candidates are eligible to appear in Jee advance for 2 consecutive years and in Jee mains for 3 consecutive years after class 12.
