But the cuttoff in obc category is in between 75 to 87 percentile. As you scored 70 percentile in your first attempt your score may increase in the second attempt for sure. So try your level best in the second attempt

Well dear,whether you are eligible or not will depend upon the cutoff of this year and the category you belong to.

According to the 2019 cutoffs you are eligible if you cross the cutoff:

  • 82-75(General EWS)
  • 76-74(OBC-NCL)
  • 63-49(SC)

The syllabus of jee advance is too much and this year you are not given 1 month gap in between jee mains and jee advance.so it's difficult to read entrire PCM onces again.you can revise the chapters you already read and focus on revision and doing previous year

I would like to inform you that the results for JEE MAIN exam hasn't released yet and are expected to be released on 10th September. Once the results are announced, then there will be cut-offs for different categories and on the basis of these cut-offs, you will be eligible

Hello,
Total of JEE Advanced marks changes every year. They roughly be around 360.
In 2019, the total marks were 372.
In 2018, the total marks were 360.

Hello,

No you are not eligible for jee advance as percentile above 85 is considered. YOur percentile is way below and there is a huge difference. You have to use your jee main score to get admission.

getting government college for admission will difficult until and unless you have reservation
