No. You are not eligible to write JEE Advanced. The cutoff for jee advanced for OBC-NCL category is 72.8887969 percentile.So,i am sorry you cannot write JEE Advanced but you can apply for JOSAA counselling for NITs and GFTIs

I have score 63.90 persentile in jee 2020 and 68% in 12th.I am OBC-NSL from gujarat. I am eligible for jee advance ?

Hey aspirant,

I guess, according to this year cutoffs of jee mains 2020 the minimum percentile for OBC-NCL category is 72 percentile. So, you are not eligible for JEE ADVANCED EXAM. But this is not the end there are more private colleges you may get in based on your rank

congratulations on your result.According to JEE mains cut off 2020 for obc-ncl category,you can write JEE advanced if you have a percentile greater than 72.8887969.You haven't mentioned your percentile.So i suggest you to check if your percentile is above 72.8887969 .If yes , you can write jee advanced.
