Under the general category with the given percentile you wont be able to appear JEE advance,however under your reservation(SC) you can appear the exam as the cut-off for SC is 50.1760245 percentile.

Your percentile is 75 .with this percentile its very hard get seat .but with this percentile you can write jee advanced because for obc qualifying percentile is 73 .so you get a chance to write
