Check your Home state for category information whether they are treating you under OBC and then check your percentile if you have qualified they already mentioned while downloading the result.

Yes, after scoring 50.17 percentile in JEE Main Exam you are eligible for JEE Advanced Exam if you are from SC category. Please make sure that your percentile is above 50.1760245, otherwise you won't be eligible.

The admission in IITs depends on your rank in JEE Advanced. It depends on difficulty of paper as well as maximum marks of the paper as it varies every year. Last year, at 64 marks it was not possible to get admission in any IIT, even for ST category
