Hello adelli . Well jee advance cutoff depends on various categories like paper difficulty , the level of students giving paper this year and even on the total marks of the paper so first to just pass your paper for further checking you need atleast 5 marks in each subject
The selection is based on JEE Advanced cutoff adjudged by the respective conducting IIT.
For minimum marks for qualifying JEEAdvanced and marks for admission in IIT is fairly different.
Also the total marks of the examination also varies With years.

For SC in 2018 the qualifying marks
You must upload the caste certificate (for SC) or tribe certificate(for ST) as per the latest guidelines of the Government of India.

Your query is not clear but still I will try to answer. If you would not be able to submit your caste certificate before the given date, then I suggest you to apply through general category. However if you can get and submit the certificate before the last date
