Unfortunately, now you cannot appear for JEE-Advance 2021 because your passing year will be considered as 2019 and according to the rules you was only eligible for JEE-Advance 2019 and 2020 and that too only if you have secured 75% in class 12th boards and also qualified JEE-Main

It is quite difficult to predict the exact cut off for this year to qualify in JEE Main. However, last year the qualifying cut off percentile score was 39.0696101 and this year it is expected to be in between 40-45 percentile. Considering this  you have decent chances to qualify
