According to the current guidelines of National testing agency, a candidate who wish to give the JEE main examination can appear for two consecutive years starting from the year when candidate appears for senior secondary examination. Hello,

To appear for JEE Advanced you must have qualified in JEE Main 2021. The minimum cut off percentile for JEE Main 2021 is yet to announced. Last year the qualifying cut off percentile was  50.1760245 for SC category. This year it is expected to be in between 50-55 percentile.

With this percentile you will not be able to clear Jee mains as the cutoff for SC category is generally around 55 every year. You will not be eligible for Jee Advanced this year, you can attempt again in the next session or give a try for other top entrance

To get the top branches in IITs, you have to score more than 140 marks.

To get the middle branches in IITs, you have to score more than 100 marks.

To get the lower branches in IITs, you have to score more than 80 marks.
