Hi according to 2014 statics for 170 to 180 marks the rank is around 5k to 6k . This will change accordingly for every year .
It's around 135-145 because in 2018 the marks were top 500 sc category rank in JEE mains 2018 were around 140.

There is no fee for participating in the JOSAA counselling. But you have to pay Rs.15,000 for accepting the seat if you get one during the counselling. The fee can be paid either through e-challan or through SBI net banking.
