As per your score in jee mains 2019 it is difficult to get NIT or IIIT or cfti. Generally in order to get NIT or other colleges the minimum percentile required is 97 for general, 94 for obc and 92 for sc/st category respectively.

You should definitely prepare for your jee advanced. A score of 120 is a pretty decent score and if you study well then there is a good chance of you cracking advanced.You will just have to put a decent effort in your preparation.Preparing for advanced will also help

Definately both are different. Qualifying exam means that you have passed the cutoff. It is not much positive word. It imply you have passed but score is not enough to secure any seat in IITs. Getting rank generally refers sense you have got good rank to get admission.
