No you cant. If you dont want to take admission through the Aptitude test then appear for JEE Advanced or KVPY.
But for getting admissions you will compulsorily have to appear for atleast the tests that IISER accepts.

Sorry to say that your chances of appearing for JEE advanced is not possible. You should better take a year drop and study well to get a good college through JEE. I will suggest you to join a good coaching institute and prepare well.

GENERAL : 431/500
OBC-NCL : 420/500
SC : 401/500
ST : 385 /500
PwD : 385/500
And apart from that, you need to appear for IISER Aptitude test (IAT) which is conducted all over India

For SCB channel, candidates have to qualify the aptitude test. After that, students will be called for counselling on the basis of cut off marks.
The cut off percentage for SCB channel varies from state to state. As you asked for Andhra Pradesh it is somewhere around 94-95
