Hello Rahul, GATE  is score is valid for 3 years from the time of declaration of results. Yes you can give the last year GATE details in COAP if you did not write this years's GATE. No need to follow any seperate procedure for giving details in COAP of last

You can aply for all PSU having vaccancy for civil engineers like

AAI, HPCL,IOCL,NFL,NPCIL,NLC,ONGC,PGCIL,THDC, BARC,CIL, HAL, NALCO and many more.

But you have not very strong to definately get any job. It depends on your luck. So apply for all the PSUs.

Shri mata vaishnu devi offers mtech course only for three discipline. In computer science, electronics and communication and mechanical engineering.

It does not offer for electrical engineering. So you can't get admission there. Aply for some other institute.
