There will be no separate syllabus for mechatronics engineering. You will have to prepare for mechanical engineering or ece. Basically prepare with the mechanical engineering. You gan get through gate if you do your b. Tech syllabus properly.

Yes, I think your mark is not too bad but it not easy to get IIT Delhi even you crack the gate you may get good marks. So you may surpass the standard of IIT Delhi and belong to OBC category may help you it give you a small edge

Yes you can fill more choices in upcoming rounds of UPSEE counselling. You have to fill choices based upon your rank and previous year closing ranks which are provided by UPSEE on official website. Fill more choices and keep best ones at first preference.

GATE does not have a centralized counselling process. The candidates will have to individually apply for admission at their preferred Indian Institute of Technology.
