there is not much scope for free seats but the opening rank is 41 and the closing rank for RV College of Engineering was 11,469. these ranks are subject to variation according to the cutoffs released per year. there is a management quota in RV college of engineering and the fees and cutoffs of the same would be released after the registration for the specific year finishes

Suitability norm for this exam

1. Should have passed second PUC or 10+2 Higher Secondary or comparable exam acknowledged by State/Central Govt. and the final two years of study must have  PCM with English as a mandatory subject.
2. The unreserved nominees must have passed with 45% scores or more (40% for SC, ST, and OBC nominees of Karnataka) in PCM, and passing these subjects singly is mandatory.
3. Physics and Mathematics are required subjects with Chem or Bio-Tech or Bio or CS or Electronics as the elective subjects.
4. Diploma aspirants are not qualified to write this Test as there are no lateral admissions.

A domicile certificate is required for nominees who plan to accept a seat in Tulu/Karnataka -Christian section.

Moreover, it is also relevant for nominees from SC/ST/OBC of Karnataka who achieved fewer marks than specified in the eligibility principles in 12th/PUC.

As you have secured 30k rank approximately and considering you want to take up btech aerospace engineering and you haven't got any seat in first three rounds of counselling.

I would like to suggest kindly fill as much choices as possible in the order of decreasing cut offs . You would surely get a seat in a decent college through comedk. Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka has announced and completed  round 3 counselling on dates. But sorry to say you what do you mean by exclusive round I cannot get that. If you are talking about extended mop up round then one thing you should know that extend and mop up round will be there only if in all of three rounds some seats remain vacant. Then only sometimes the the extended mop up round is performed. So please wait and watch the official website about that.

As you have already joined in a College through COMEDK UGET entrance exam Counselling and did not got any College through KCET entrance exam Counselling in round 1 and round 2. But now you got a seat in a College through KCET in extended round.

So, what you can do is if you want to join in the College you got through KCET entrance exam counselling and if it's possible try to cancel the seat which you got through COMEDK UGET and join the College you got through KCET extended round.

If cancelling of seat is not possible or refund of tution fees paid is not possible in case if you have already paid, then nothing can be join you must continue with the College you got through COMEDK UGET Counselling.

If you like the College you got through COMEDK UGET entrance exam Counselling more than the College you got through KCET entrance exam Counselling extended round then cancel this seat and continue with the previous one.

A candidate can cancel/surrender the seat allotted in first round or second round of KCET Counselling before December 25, 2021 up to 5 PM. There is no provision to cancel the seat allotted in KCET Second Extended Round. The candidate has to pay the prescribed fee by KEA, if not paid earlier and report at the allotted institute to complete the admission process. As per the information available on the official website if a candidate fails to report at the allotted institute after second extended round legal action will be taken against such candidate. So you cannot cancel the seat allotted in KCET Second Extended Round.

Yes , the Fee will be refunded if you have opted for Reject and Withdraw after Round 1. The Rs 5000 that you have paid as Part of the tuition fee at the time of registration for 1 ^st round of counselling will be refunded.

If you have cancel or withdrawn the seat that you've got in the first round of counselling, then your whole money got have refunded and credited back to your account after the reduction of some fees. But, if suppose that the 3rd round of counselling of COMEDK will held, then you may get the refund if you still have the chances to withdraw the seat that is allotted to you.

Consortium of medical engineering and Dental colleges of Karnataka under graduate entrance test is the name of the exam also commonly known as COMEDK UGET.

This is a State Level Examination for or admitting students in undergraduate courses. The total number of participating colleges are around 190 engineering colleges and every year more than 2 lakh students apply for this exam.

The number of seats available are are over than 20000 seats and usually application form of this exam circulates in the month of March and the last date to submit the application form is starting of August and the exam usually conducted in the month of September-October.

In COMEDK counselling candidate have provision change /edit preferences   to in choice filling form. If you want to change the college list that you have selected you can do it. The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka has released the COMEDK UGET 2021 seat allotment result round 2 on December 15. The round 2 phase 1 seat allotment was released on December 12. The exam authority has released the COMEDK UGET round 2 counselling schedule.
