You get a choice of branch and college during counselling during which you have to enter your preferences. After submission of choices, they will offer you a sea based on your rank and preferences. You can then freeze your seat, or wait for another round and so forth.

The counselling is being conducted offline but, yes, you have to fill a counselling form by logging in through your credentials. after that you have to pay a tuition fee which will allow you to fill the choices for your selective fields. You will be called according to your rank
