There is no official announcement regarding the start date of the college because every college has its own starting date. But maximum number of colleges under comedk will start by mid August. Still wait for the official confirmation.

Hey Uttam! Fees vary from Institute to institute. Every institute has their own fees structure. But the a average fees structure for different colleges is around ₹ 4 lakhs to ₹ 6 lakhs annually approximately. There are some expensive Institutes which you can get according to your score.
