The registration date for JOSAA counseling is over now. Two rounds of seat allotment have already been now, you can't participate in JOSAA counseling as of now. However, you can participate in spot round of counseling which will be held once all the 7 rounds of seat allotment

Yes, you can fill second round options it is depends on your counselling process. If they are offering you for second round without a first round so it will good news for you, but 90% counseling systems are not approved this process.

Yes if your interested to join that college then  you have to pay challen to hold that college or Else you may loose seat because in second counselling if you get better then before college then you can  join (o r) if you fail to get good college
