The registration date for JOSAA counseling is over now. Two rounds of seat allotment have already been now, you can't participate in JOSAA counseling as of now. However, you can participate in spot round of counseling which will be held once all the 7 rounds of seat allotment gets over. T=Refer to the website below for further updates.

Yes, you can fill second round options it is depends on your counselling process. If they are offering you for second round without a first round so it will good news for you, but 90% counseling systems are not approved this process.

Sarguja University offers various UG & PG programs in different faculties in the form of B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., M.A., M.Sc., LL.M., Diploma in Pharmacy, etc. through the colleges affiliated to it. As per the last year cutoff and your rank, you can get admission in Civil, Electrical branch. 

The closing marks for Civil Engineering in 2018 is 51 marks. So, there are veeyvgood for you to get the required branch.

Yes if your interested to join that college then  you have to pay challen to hold that college or Else you may loose seat because in second counselling if you get better then before college then you can  join (o r) if you fail to get good college in second counselling then you have option to join 1st counseling college if you paid challen for 1st counseling college 

 If you what to hold the seat then you have to pay challen or else it's not complesary to pay just you loose ur first counselling seat if you are not paid
