Hello,
Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani released the BITS HD 2018 application form on April 9 in online mode. The last date to fill the application form of BITS HD 2018 was May 7.
This year it is also expected to release application form in the month of April 2019.

You can easily prepare for exam since you have got 5 months to prepare for it. Follow the below-mentioned points to prepare well for exam:

Refer to exact syllabus
Know the exam pattern
refer to best books for examination
practise previous year question papers
practise mock test/sample papers
make a healthy time-table
focus

No, BITS HD is for only M.E not for M.tech

Bits hd offers 14 courses for the M.E

For m.tech bits conducts personal online adimission test in April.

Should I write both Test II (Electrical and Electronics) along with Test in S.S ?

Dear

I would advice that you should write both the exams as selection is based on your rank and it doesn't matter that how many entrance you are giving. The thing matter is that the rank you achieved or the score which ever is considered and yes it is feasible to skip the second test as per your wish but subject to the instructions given by that college.

Where can I get the previous year papers of BITS HD exam ( or at least sample questions) for electrical & electronics??????

The question papers are not available at present. Yow will have to track the official site and even you can check if the nearby book stores has it. Mainly the ones which keep competition study material.
