As per the released official notification, BCECEB will no longer conduct BCECE from 2019 onwards. The admissions will now be based on JEE Main 2019 merit list.

You may have to wait till the second round to get BCE Bhagalpur or MIT Muzaffarpur. There are students in Bihar who have scored well in JEE MAINS but most of the good scorers are aiming at NITs so you may get CSE at least.
