So you need to wait upto 30 april.
After that you can check the official website of BCECE where you can find counselling notice based on JEE mains and you can apply there.

You must be knowing that from this year there will be no state engineering entrance and it is replaced by JEE main.
There are several engineering colleges in bihar.
You can definately get any one of them based on your score.

Bhagalpur College of Engineering do not take addmission on the basis of JEE Main. They have their entrance exam BCECE, for which you need to appear to get addmission in BCE.
