According to previous years, after the ending of bcece exam you have to wait for the result. Once the result is out there will be confirm 2 rounds of counselling conducted between an interval of few days. After 2 rounds if seats are vacant then they do spot

So you need to wait upto 30 april.

After that you can check the official website of BCECE where you can find counselling notice based on JEE mains and you can apply there.

The application form has already been released on first week of March,2019 and the end date of online registration was first week of April,2019.

Bhagalpur College of Engineering do not take addmission on the basis of JEE Main. They have their entrance exam BCECE, for which you need to appear to get addmission in BCE.
