Your percentile is good if you are targetting BCECE counselling. There are chances that you may get better colleges like BCE, NCE and even MIT in bihar. I'll suggest you to stay updated with all the counselling notifications so that you don't miss out your chance.

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Exam has been scraped and is replaced by JEE Main and NEET for engineering and Medical respectively.

i am very sorry to say you have poor percentile where as addmission  depends on the rank not on the percentile where as with this percentile its very hard to get the BCECE

As new colleges are introduced in BCECE, there is possibility of getting a seat in them even with lower percentile. I'll suggest you to stay in contact with the BCECE officials and wait till the end of counselling process to get a seat.
