As you mention here your rank  and as you ask about in which round you will get CSE in Gaya so it's depend upon many factors so it is difficult to predict the round of counselling where you can get admission but go with the last round of counselling

The tentative date for the start of BCECE counselling was between July 29th and 21st August. Today being the last day for the commencement of counselling it may be that the dates might be rescheduled again.

If you want sabour for agriculture you can get easily it after School little bit good in your BCECE exams if you score more than your cutoff a little more than bcece cutoff ..you can easily get Sabour for your agriculture..

As you mention your rank in bcece .. but you didn't mention here the stream in which you got this rank if we got this rank in PCB you have good chances to get good colleges at the same time if you talk about PCM side then it also
