To get seat in civil branch in aec your marks is insufficient but there is a slight chances to get seat in jec. Assam CEE cut-off is the minimum percentage a candidate should secure in order to get admission in various B.Tech courses offered by colleges participating Assam CEE 2020 . The cutoffs are decided by factors like difficulty level of the exam, total number of candidates who wrote the exam, no. of seats available and previous year cutoff trend. Hence based on previous year cutoff I am afraid your score is low for general category , to be safe you need somewhere around from 95-100. But you can attend the counselling and try your luck ,last minute options may open up.
