Hi Anupam

Considering your rank and your category you seem to have a fair chance for admission in AEC in the Civil branch as the previous year's cut off was around 80-75 marks.

Hope for the best!

I got 60 marks in Assam cee exam .my rank is 6115. I am from Assam. Can I get seat in engeneering in assam

Hi, Maznur.

Cee is an common entrance examination through which students who write those are eligible for the undergraduate courses in government colleges.

The minimum eligible marks for a general category students that are required to make him qualified to the second of counseling of cee is 77 to 70.

As you didn't got enough marks, you're not eligible for the counselling

For private college seats, they have management quota seats where you can get the admission into.

Assam Engineering college is one of the most prominent colleges in assam.

The current intake of the number is students in aec is 420.

For the obc category the minimum required for the eligibility into next round is 77 to 70.

For your category,  the cutoff marks for aec is 100

And for jec college is 98.

Sir i got 60 marks in assam cee exam and I am from assam. can i get seat for engeneering in govt college (gen category)

Sameera 1st Jun, 2019

Hi, maznur.

Cee is a common entrance examination through which students are known to be eligible with qualified marks to enter the government colleges.

For a general category student, the minimum marks that are required to get into the counselling second round is between 79 to 70.

As you didn't get enough marks,  you're not able to attend the cee counselling and therefore you'll not get into government colleges.

But you can try for the private colleges which will have management seats.

Good luck.
