All The Best.
The tentative date for yhe Assam CEE 2019 to be out was by the second week of May. However, this has not been out yet but is likely to be announced any day from now. You can check your name in the list by entering your roll number in their official website.
You will have to take a printout of Assam CEE 2019 counselling form on A4 paper and fill all relevant fields. The counselling form of Assam CEE 2019 will be divided in the three parts - A, B, and C. It will be a must for candidates to fill all the parts duly and separately.
Assam CEE 2019 Counselling will be organized on 2nd week of August 2019. It is organized by the Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Assam. The counselling is conducted through offline mode. Assam CEE is a state level entrance exam to get admission in the engineering colleges of the state.
You have fair chance of securing a seat in a government college based on your CEE rank, your admission is highly subjective to the engineering stream that you pick for your specialisation.

Hi, longkim.
The minimum cutoff marks that makes you eligible to apply for the next round in cee based on your category is 41 to 45.
The minimum marks to get into four government colleges for your category is
Assam Engineering college 99
Jorhat institute of science and technology 94
Jorhat Engineering college 91
Bineshwar college 89
Dibungarh college 93
So you can not get into any government college based on your marks, but you can try in the counselling as many seats are left over if not you can always try for private colleges.
Hope this helps.
