I got 1166 rank in cee 2019 (general category), which branch and college I am most likely to get?

Hope you are doing well!! See as per your rank you will be not able to get Assam Engineering college AEC) but you can get jorhat engineering college (JEC) or Jorhat institute of science and technology (JIST). And regarding branch in JEC mostly you can get civil, instrumental and electrical engineering. And in JIST you can get into every branch(as per previous year cut off). Hope these helped you.

My CEE rank is 395.. Will I get mechanical engineering in AEC? I am from OBC category

As you have secured 395 rank in OBC category so you definitely have chances to get a seat in mechanical Engineering in AEC but your chances are a bit low.
However, you do have chances for getting ME in AEC.
But definitely you will be to get other branches like EE,ECE, CIVIL in AEC for sure.
So I would advice you to participate in the counseling process and keep an eye on the merit list which is to be announced sooner.

As per your rank secured you do have some chances to get admission in one of the Colleges under CEE.
But definitely you won't be able to make it to the top ones.

i have score 72 percentile in jee mains and 2400 rank in assam cee . can i get ece in duiet ??

As per your rank secured in Assam CEE you do have some chances to get admission in duiet, but your chances are a bit low.
So, I would recommend you to go for the counseling process and look for the college which suits you best accordingly.

I got 90 in cee 2019(gen). Any chance i will get Aec Or Jec??

Hi, Rizu.

The cee seats and admissions are considered eligible through the marks obtained in the cee exam.

The cutoff marks for the general category student for the top reputed colleges is 106

For backward category's it is 97

For scheduled caste and tribe it is 94 and 95

These are the minimum cutoff marks required to get the admissions into the jec and aec for a general category student is 103 and 102 respectively, so you can't be able to get into the colleges

Hope you are doing well!! As ASTU have released the merit list and according to the merit list you are eligible in the counseling. As per your concern of getting a seat in Assam Engineering college (AEC). See your rank is bit high to get this college as it is counted in top of the colleges under CEE. You may get Jorhat engineering college (JEC), Jorhat institute of science and technology (JIST) or Bineswar brahma engineering college (BBEC). Hope these helped you.

I got 58 marks n my rank is 3783..will i get in AEC?

As you may be knowing that AEC is one of the best college under CEE Assam. So usually there is a huge competition to get in there and only rankers make it through.
As you have secured 58 marks(3783 rank) in CEE 2019 which in itself is not much good enough to secure a seat in AEC.
So, definitely you won't be able to make it to AEC.

Hope you are doing well!! See ASTU have released the merit list and the counseling will start from 10th of june. May be you have not checked the official website. They have released the merit list and have mentioned what necessary documents were required for the counseling. Further you can check the official website given below. Hope it helped you.

Sorry to say but your rank is bit high!! As ASTU have released the merit list of 1st counseling which is starting from 10th of june. As per your rank and as you belong to ST(p) you are eligible in the counseling. You may get government colleges depending on respective situation if there remains any seat in 1st phase of counseling then there are little chances for you to get the colleges. Hope it helped you.

One is eligible or not for CEE counseling process is decided by the merit list announced by the concerned authorities.
The merit list consist of the rank cutoff for each day of counseling.
So I will advice you to keep an eye on the official website of CEE as the merit list might be announced soon.
