    As you may be knowing that AEC is amongst the best college under CEE Assam.
    So, it's a tough job to get in there and to do so you need to do better.
    As per your rank your chances in getting a seat in AEC is very low and most probably you wouldn't make it to AEC.

    Hello Ravishakar,

    Subjected to availability means that you may get a chance to get seat in subsequent rounds of counselling procedure. If you have not gotten seat in the first round itself then don't lose hope. Many who got a seat earlier may later withdraw because they have either got seat in any better college or they want to pursue their education out of station. So hope for the best! You may even get a seat in Assam Engineering College ( I am assuming you are from engineering) if your rank is good enough. Attend the subsequent rounds of counselling without fail.     Hope you are doing well. Well if you want to persue engineering in Assam Engineering college (AEC) then just go through NCERT books. And regarding your query what your rank should be, well if you belong to general category then your rank must be below 600, and if you belong to any other reserved category then it will be ok if your rank remains below 900. But i would like to prefer you that you should focus on NIT's IIIT's and IIT's if you crack JEE mains or JEE advanced then you will be having quality education as compared to AEC because AEC is a state engineering college. And in NIT's and IIT's there you will be having more opportunities to set a bright future. Hope these will help you regarding any query feel free to ask in comment section.

    CEE 2019 Counselling is starting from 10th June 2019.It is organized by the Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Assam. The counselling is conducted through offline mode. Assam CEE is a state level entrance exam to get admission in the engineering colleges of the state. Assam Common Entrance Exam (CEE) is conducted once in every year by the Assam Science & Technology University (ASTU), Assam. Large Numbers of candidates appear in this exam to get admission into B.Tech course. Candidates can check all the details of Assam CEE counselling 2019.

    What time should we report for cee councelling at AEC if my rank is towards the end of the day.Do we have to report at 9:30 only??

    Hello!!
    Hope you are doing well!! See as mentioned time which is 9.30, you have to report in 9.30 or else you can go afterwards. But if you go earlier as mentioned in counseling details that from 1-600 rank will appear in counseling on that particular date, they have not mentioned that the rank below  will appear the counseling in 10.00 0r 12.00 noon. If you go early then you will be having 1st priority to choice fill the branch and college and make sure that your rank comes under on that particular date of counseling than no matter if you belong to last of that rank you will get to fill up the form earlier.
