Subjected to availability means that you may get a chance to get seat in subsequent rounds of counselling procedure. If you have not gotten seat in the first round itself then don't lose hope. Many who got a seat earlier may later withdraw because they have either got seat in any better college or they want to pursue their education out of station. So hope for the best! You may even get a seat in Assam Engineering College ( I am assuming you are from engineering) if your rank is good enough. Attend the subsequent rounds of counselling without fail. CEE 2019 Counselling is starting from 10th June 2019.It is organized by the Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Assam. The counselling is conducted through offline mode. Assam CEE is a state level entrance exam to get admission in the engineering colleges of the state. Assam Common Entrance Exam (CEE) is conducted once in every year by the Assam Science & Technology University (ASTU), Assam. Large Numbers of candidates appear in this exam to get admission into B.Tech course. Candidates can check all the details of Assam CEE counselling 2019.
