At such a good rank I think that they may happy to take you as the Institute but also suggested you seek other Institute also.

Yes, 17th august only GATE a GPAT student can pay counselling fee and PGECET student to 22nd August. In my knowledge, you also seek or visit their office and also contract with they official number and you may also get a notification on your registration number. So no need to worry.

In the official site of appgecet, they have released notice regarding web counselling. The fee payment starts from today.

for gate students have to pay the fee today after 5pm on wards. For appgecet students ahve to pay the fee on 22nd of august.

There is no notice regarding APPGECET. so you have to check the official webpage to get updates. They can give a notice at any point of time. The board an do it. Along with it ask your friends too and get the updates from there too.
