if you are eligible to home state quota then you can get admission Coimbatore campus in any branch except CSE.
if you from other state quota then there is no chance.

As you got a wonderful rank i.e. 3099 in AEEE, you can for sure get a seat for admission in Coimbatore campus because its closing rank is 7000 around.

As you are from Punjab, you'll be considered under open quota for AEEE admission. So, you should have atleast a rank above 7000 to get admission in any of the campuses for any of the courses. So, you won't be able to get admission in Amrita university with
