with 13000 rank in amritha even with state quota getting CSe in amritha bangalore will be tough because as per past years cutoff the cutoff rank lies somewhere around 10-11K.

If you are from tamilnadu i.e., if you have state Quota then you can get both CSE and ECE in coimbatore. If you are from other state then you can't get any of the branches CSE or ECE.

No, I'm sorry to tell you that You can get computer science engineering branch in Amrita university with 6000 rank.

As the cutoff for the other states in open category for computer science and engineering is 1837. But you can get into chemical, civil and instrumental engineering.

On the basis of previous year trends,you would be getting a seat in the CSE branch at the Coimbatore campus on the basis of your rank.(It closes around 6500-7000 rank for state quota).
